Job Description

Core Talent are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a reputable Tier 2 Builder. The successful Site Manager will be working on projects based in Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas delivering projects across education, health, hospitality and retail with the value of projects between $5m - $40m.

To be successful for the role, you must have:

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• 5 + years experience in a supervisory role delivering similar projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in subcontractor management
• Excellent time management, scheduling and ability to meet deadlines

The salary package for this position is $120k - $150k + super + vehicle + phone + laptop.
