The Role
This position has 3 key focuses:
Customer Service: You will be the main point of contact for a number of high profile customers and clients and therefore will require you to deliver a high level of Customer Care and follow up within a timely manner.
Planning & Monitoring: You will be planning, prioritising and scheduling jobs for a range of trades professionals and this will require someone with a high attention to detail is able to use the system effectively to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting: As you will be coordinating and managing a number of trades persons you will be tracking and reporting on all works ensuring project delivery is completed within time lines and to budget.
