My client is a Global asset management, project management and quantity surveying consultancy who are entering a period of growth across various business streams. They have consulted and assisted with the delivery of a number of significant projects from their offices based around Australia. They have partnered with a large government organisation to assist with the scheduling, planning and construction of a number of projects and are looking to add contract administrators, quantity surveyors, project schedulers and cost specialists to their team. You will be working directly from my clients' office in Brisbane City, however you will be required to attend meetings a couple of days a week with the Department.
Your role will be including but not be limited to;
This role would suit an experience scheduler, project controls specialist or cost planner candidate with experience in the utilities sector. Government experience either in-house, on a contract or via a consultancy is highly desired due to the nature of this role. It is expected that candidates would be have excellent scheduling skills using Microsoft Project, the ability to work in a team with excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship skills. Experienced schedulers or cost planners from sectors outside of engineering consultancies / utilities will be considered.
