The Client

Core Talent are working with an Australian FMCG giant based in Sydney in their search for an QA & Environment Regulatory Officer with experience in manufacturing or food production.

This is a full-time role with a focus on Environmental Compliance

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Environment, this is an exciting role for a graduate to be involved or someone already in the role looking to be part of a national business.

The Role

This main the duties for this opportunity are:

• Safety Compliance - Following and reporting guidelines for accidents, risk, hazards and potential hazards.
• Environmental Compliance & Research
• Food Safety & Quality System Management
• Ensure accuracy of data and compliance to legislative requirements for all submissions
• Coordinating data through stakeholders to ensure reports are submitted on time
• Production Support - Provide basic technical support on legislation to production teams to ensure compliance to the environmental system
• Administrative Support

Experience and Qualifications

• Environmental Science based Degree or Diploma Qualification
• Graduate to 5 years' experience in an environmental administration or regulatory function
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the acts administered by the EPA
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and/or reviewing a range of Environmental reports (desirable)
