Have a fantastice role for a Maintenance Planner! Reporting directly to the Maintenance manager, you will be a key member of the Asset Services Team and be responsible for driving the efficient execution of maintenance work and utilization of trade groups. This will be delivered through scoped maintenance work plans, materials, schedules and accurate SAP Master Data. You will be a person that is comfortable working in a continuous improvement, team-oriented environment, driven by systems, processes and discipline.

In addition to this, we are looking for a person with:

• a Trade or Tertiary qualification in a relevant Mechanical Engineering field;
• have relevant industry experience in a similar role;
• have basic MS Project and computer literacy skills;
• previous MEX/SAP experience preferred but not essential;
• maintenance management qualifications desirable but not essential;
• ability to work in a team environment;
• strong communication skills complimented with leadership qualities; and
• be focused on internal customer service.

You will be a person that is comfortable with working in a continuous improvement environment and be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities including:

• an ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills;
• an ability to work with, mentor, coach and develop employees;
• be able to undertake effective problem solving;
• have a high level of attention to detail;
• have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver information with a high level of accuracy
