Core Talent are currently recruiting for one of the most well respected national commercial and industrial builders who are looking for a Contract Administrator due to the increase in Brisbane projects they have won. This company delivers projects ranging from $5m to $80m in the industrial, education and multi-res. My client pride themselves on offering their employee's long-term progression and development.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager, your role requires effective subcontract administration, an understanding of exceptional client service and the ability to identify and minimise our exposure to contractual and financial risk.

Duties:

• Producing, preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
• Project forecasting and cost management
• Preparing and administering the project's HSE system
• Administering RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
• Processing progress claims, variations and invoices

What you will require:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 year post qualification experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Jobpac or Cheops experienced preferred
• You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity
• Enthusiastic and keen for the opportunity
