My client is an Australian based Construction Management firm that specialise in interior fit out & refurbishment projects within the commercial sector. The Position
Due to increase in pipeline, my client have the ability to take on a Contract Administrator with a focus on office fitout projects in Inner Sydney.

• Projects ranging from 1-10M
• Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
• Management of trades and subcontractors
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, programs, projects and services
• Manage project expenditure, reviewing and processing all subcontractor claims and creditor invoices
• Coordination of all site logistics, materials and resources are allocated
• Liaison between internal business parties and external vendors and supplies, making sure that conditions are correctly documented and followed through.

The Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years Contract Administrator experience in fitout
• Experience on commercial projects over $1 million
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Have a proven track record in the delivery of fitout & refurbishment projects
• Ability to build working relationships with internal team, sub-contractors, clients and consultants
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent time management
