About the Company

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable Tier 3 Civil construction company, where projects will range from $2m to $30m. ​They are experts in all aspects of residential civil construction including: subdivisions, stormwater, sewer, water reticulation, road construction and re-rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, landscaping and environmental remediation works. They are currently working in conjuction with many highly reputable Tier 1 companies.

About the Role

As Civil Foreman, you will be working closely with the Civil Manager and Project Engineer. day-to-day tasks include:

- Manage and coordinate all staff and subcontractors on site
- Coordinate trades and labour
- Manage WHS
- Organise all materials required

With all works being self-performed this will be a hands-on and long term Brisbane based opportunity. The ideal candidate will hold previous experience working in metro environments across challenging scope of works.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Subdivisions, Roads and Bulk Earthworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service
• Provide support to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer by leading the civil workers
