Growing business with an international presence seek an Assistant Accountant to join their growing team!

In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable related duties and assisting the Financial Accountant with some month end tasks.

The team are supportive and personable, and they'd like someone who will be a team player with strong communication skills and with some experience within AP and/or AR and month end/year end.

The role

• Processing Supplier invoices
• Process outgoing payments
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
• Bank reconciliations in multiple currencies
• Performing month end balanace sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with year end
